It is understood that the actual available water resource now is close to the upper limit of rational utilization of water volume. The future development of water resources is extremely hard. In order to deal with this problem, china’s government has announced to promote water treatment development and give strong support for pollution control, sewage treatment, water resource recycling, etc. Ministry of Environmental Protection,Science Technology & Standard Department Director Zhao Yingming says, total strategy of the 12th Five-Year Plan transition from “control source emission reduction” in 11th Five-Year Plan to “alleviate burdens and reconstruction”. At present, industrial sewage treatment capability of corporation at home stays at the basic standard. Profundity and stability are still waiting to be perfected.
